  Sinotimes boasts a strong team of Chinese and international lawyers who have received legal education from first-class law schools. While some of them have studied law in western countries and have working experience in international law firms; others have working experience in Courts and Procuratorates. They have accumulated abundant practicing experience. Furthermore, they are proficient in English, German or Japanese.

Since the foundation in 2001, Sinotimes has represented clients in large - size restructuring projects. We have also been very successful in court litigation and arbitration on behalf of our clients. Through successfully representing our client's interests, we have won many of their compliments and trust.

  In order to provide highest quality services all over China, Sinotimes has established stable ongoing collaborative relationships with many leading Hong Kong and international law firms. In 2004, as one of the founding law firms, it established Knightsbridge Alliance with Hong Kong Cheng Wong Lam & Lawyers and Beijing Summit Law Firm. The alliance has built mechanisms for resources sharing and has allowed the firms to complement each other's various practice groups.

  In 2007, Sinotimes participated in the LAWCC (non - governmental association of leading law firms and certified accountants) as one of the founding members.
