Leon Z. Lee is the Managing and Founding Partner of Sinotimes. He was
a core member of the Grandall Legal Group before founding Sinotimes. Mr. Lee specializes

practicing experience. He has successfully recovered a large loan for an overseas
bank syndication and presided over the projects for recapitalization and reorganization
of several subsidiaries of a major Chinese Energy Company. He also successfully

listed company. Mr. Lee is perennial counselor-at-law of several Top 100 Domestic
Enterprises in China and frequently acts as the special counsel for administrative

Qualification and the High School English Teacher Certificate. Prior to joining
Sinotimes, he worked as a judge assistant in Pu Dong New area People’s Court.
Moreover, Mr. Dong worked for more than 12 companies in the fields of drafting
and negotiating individual and collective employment contracts, training agreements,
drafting company rules and regulations as well as litigation and arbitration in
labor disputes.
