In order to assist clients with all kinds of transactions all over China, we have established the Knightsbridge Alliance, which is a network of independent law firms in Hong Kong and the PRC. At present, the alliance includes our firm, Summit Law Office in Beijing and Cheng Wong Lam & Partners in Hong Kong.
The Knightsbridge Alliance allows us to offer our clients not only access to PRC legal opinions and advice but also to legal opinions and advice from Hong Kong. Together with our alliance firms we can provide a fully integrated legal service for clients with transactions all over China.
Member firms are not compelled to use other alliance firms on any particular matter, and are free to refer matters to other law firms. However, the Alliance allows its member firms to develop an enhanced working relationship, based on their common approach to the highest quality service within a commercial law focused practice.
